QAY800 All Terrain Truck Crane
QAY800 adopts 7-segment oval boom, the length is 84m. The boom can be separated into two parts. After dismantling the 5th-7th segments and installing a 2.5m independent boom head, the length of the boom is 52m, forming a 4-segment short-boom product; on that basis, installing the tower boom will improve the performance of the super-lift, which is specially designed for lifting the 2MW wind power.
QAY800 adopts 8-axle chassis, full-wheel steering, and X outrigger structure. The front and back swing can be realized by the cylinder. The lateral outrigger span is 13m.
To transfer the machine flexibly and facilitate the assembling and disassembling of the boom, the boom is added a self-assembling and self-disassembling device which is controlled by the independent power producer. The weight of QAY800 in travel is 96t, carrying all the outriggers and the whole turntable. The boom is transported independently.
