4YZ-5 Self-propelled Corn combine harvester

    This model of combine is designed for harvesting in small area, which is small in size and self-propelled. What’s more, there is no spacing limit for the model of corn combine.

I. Scope of application:

    This model can be applied to harvest corn ear for seed corn or corn for feeding in the area where the following conditions can be satisfied such as harvesting space ranging from 400mm to 750mm, not bigger than 8° of longitudinal slope, kernel moisture content ranging from 15% to 35%, stalk moisture not bigger than 60%, and the lowest spike not less than 35 cm to the ground.

4. Big-volume and rolling-over cluster box driven by hydraulic pressure is adopted to greatly reduce the times to unload the grain and improve work efficiency.
5. Message in the electronic monitoring system is shown on liquid crystal; so that the volume of it can be small enough but its precision and reliability have been improved.
6. Loss rate of kernel and cluster is low, for traveling sieve can recover lost kernel.
7. Peeler can work to peel leaves as much as possible while rate of broken corn is reduced to least possible.
