1HM-5.4 No-tillage Combined Soil Preparation Machine

Scope of applications:

This model of machined is used in unploughed stubbled land (straw or stalk cutting or after operation of deep and loose ploughing). This model of machine can complete stubble-breaking, chaffcutting, earthcutting, hacking, ground-flattening and other land preparation functions in certain required soil depth. Meanwhile, disposed grain straws and stalks can be evenly covered the surface of the ground, so that the ploughing structure where the upper part is loose and the lower part is compact so that the structure is loose and broken. The soil preparation before ploughing is suitable for sowing bed to reserve water and moisture and make soil of being high quality, efficient and energy-saving.

It belongs to “vertical” soil preparation machine and its operational width is 5.4m. The machine can be used to complete the following operations to prepare for sowing such as cutting up the remaining crops, hacking, loosing soil and flattening ground, so that the ploughing structure where the upper part is loose and the lower part is compact so that the structure is loose and broken.
