ECX215 Extruder

 

ECX215 is a multifunctional extruder, which can process both raw material and compoundfeed. Through simple change of part configurations, it can extrude not onlysoybean flour, corn flour, rice bran, cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal, non-proteinnitrogen (corn& urea), fish meal, animal residues, etc., but also compoundfeed, and can be utilized for material pretreatment in oil industry.

7.Dual layer conditioner made of stainlesssteel is designed to achieve long retention time and optimum conditioning.

8.Conditioner made of dual layer stainlesssteel and thermal insulation material is supplied with water and steam, thevolume of which can be adjusted by valves. This will advance conditioningeffect and gelatinization degree.

9.Oiling system, which is convenient tooperate, can removes impurities timely, and keeps system cool.

Applications

1.Extruded by ECX215, the urease activirty of soybean is lower than 0.2.

2.Extruded by ECX215, the gelatinization ofstarch of corn is above 85%.

3.The extruder can increase the palatability of piglet feed and prevent the piglet from diarrhea.

4.ECX215 can restrain the activity of lipase inrice bran, damage the structure of fat, and kill pathogens and parasitic ovum.Extruded rice bran can achieve longer storage time.

5.Corn and urea can be extrude together byETD215, gaining quality and lower cost feed, which can decreases cattle’sruminal intoxication and increase the production of beef or milk.

6.Extruded by ETD215, pathogens and parasiticovum in fishmeal can be killed, and complete fish mill is achieved.

7.Animal residues can become quality proteinfeed if being extruded by ETD215, which can kill pathogens and parasitic ovumin the material

8.Much more cottonseed meal can be added into feed to lower the cost if it is extruded by ETD215, which can make the virus-free rate of cotton seed meal above 80%
