9SH-3000 Self—propelled Silage (ammonification) Corn Combine
Applications:
Multifunction Silage (ammonification) Combine is mainly applied for corn silage (ammonification) and harvesting of cotton, sorghum, oats with stalks or straws. Harvesting operation is not limited by row spacing and can finish the work of cornstalk collecting, chopping, kneading and blower and loading at one time.
Harvesting shears of silage machine consists of main components such as terrain adaptation device, cylindrical toothed linear feeding device, cutting and throwing device, adjustable rotary loading device, kneading device, etc.
Characteristics:
1. Harvesting operation is not limited by row spacing;
2. Independent vertical shear is adopted so that the machine can be used widely in harvesting;
3. The machine integrates cutting-up and kneading functions so that further smashing can be realized because of specially-made kneading device;
4. The machine, through changing symmetrical number of shears, can complete multi-adjusting within the range of 20mm to 50mm of stalk-cutting.
5. It is easy for the driver to control the combine to complete the functions such as raising and falling of the shears, rotation angle of throw—conveying tank, opening angle of discharging hole, cutting-up of stalks, continuously variable transmission and self-trailer can be connected to clear the way for operation.
6. This model of combine has easy transmission, sound reliability, sufficient margin of power, big capacity of overcoming overloading and high work efficiency.
