Furan Resin

Advantage of our furan resin:

Use parameter:

Sand: resin: curing agent=100 : (0.8-1.5) : (0.3~0.8) (weight ratio), can adjust based on  product.
 

Considerations:

1. You had better add curing agent first, then addingresin when mixing sand.

2. Use matching with the curing agent produced by our company will be better.

3. Unfit mix with acidic substances (such as curing agent), preventing leakage and dangerous.

4. Stored in a cool place, away from the fire source, preventing heart or sunlight.

在同等条件下，同传统呋喃树脂相比树脂砂终强度可提高20-50%；

树脂粘度低（25℃≤20mpa.s）,易于混砂、计量和输送，型砂的流动性好；

树脂中游离甲醛含量低，可控制在0.4%以下，减少了在造型制芯和浇注过程中有害气体的产生，是新型的绿色环保产品。
◆使用方法
型（芯）配比：原砂：100；树脂：0.8-2.0%：（占砂重：树脂加入量因环境条件、原砂状况和砂型强度要求的高低不同而定）固化剂：30%-70%：（占树脂重：固化剂的加入量因环境温度、原砂温度及固化速度的快慢不同而定）；
混砂工艺：首先将原砂与固化剂混匀1-2分钟，然后再加入树脂混1-2分钟。
◆应用条件
适用于各种牌号的灰铁、球铁、铸钢和合金件的生产，既适用于单件小批量生产，又适用于较大批量流水线生产。
◆安全事项
树脂与固化剂应分开存放，严禁树脂同固化剂直接混合，以防发生危险。树脂砂在使用过程中会挥发出少量刺激性气味，会对人体产生刺激作用，操作者必须配戴防护产品，工作场所必须加强通风。
