EDG Series Dry Extruder

EDG series dry extruders are mainly used to extrude soybean meal, corn, compound feed, fish-meal, starch, slaughter debris of animal and cotton-seed for detoxication est.

Application effect:

1.Urease activirty of extruded soybean is lower than 0.2.

2.The gelatinization of starch can be increase up to 85% for corn meal.

3.The extruder can increase the palatability of compound feed and prevent the piglet from diarrhea.

4.The detoxication rate of cotton-seed is not lower than 80%, which ensures adding more cotton-seed to replace some expensive feed protein.

5.Fish-meal can be extruded for pasteurization.

6.The debris of slaughter animals can be extruded as quality feed protein.
