EMS Series Multi-functional Extruder
As one kind of hydrothermal processing equipment, EMS Multi-function Extruders can process not only compound feed, but also different feed ingredients like soybean, corn, wheat, rice bran, various plant and animal proteins through simple change of part configurations for the purpose of destruction of microbes, inactivation of anti-nutritional factors and Improved FCR.

7.Heat loss of stainless steel insulating jacket conditioner is only about 20% of the ordinary one.
8.Stainless steel spout and cutter housing for longer service life.
9.Integrated founding bearing house & stands for smooth operation.
10.Heavy duty bearings with oil cooling and filtering system for longer bearing life.
11.Optional computer control system is available for auto control of feed, water and steam addition.
Application
1.The urease activirty can be lowered to 0.02-0.2 after soybean is extruded.
2.The gelatinization of starch can be increase up to 85% for corn meal.
3.The detoxication rate of gossypol can reach 80%.
4.It can restrain the activity of lipase in rice bran efficiently and damage the structure of fat after the rice bran is extruded, so it can achieve the purpose of store.
5.Fish-meal can be extruded for pasteurization.
6.The extruder can increase the palatability of piglet feed and prevent the piglet from diarrhea.
