Acidic Dry Ram & Vibrate Lining

This serial products are mainly composed of high purity crystal silica and fused silica in combination of different additives. Mainly applicable for the fusing of different grey, spherical, malleable cast iron ；carbon steel as well as low alloy steels with non-alkaline slag. Applicable temperatures ranges from 1400℃ to 1680℃. 
Following grades are listed per different fusing temperatures and conditions.
a. Ordinary Grade Acidic Linings：DRF-SY
Suit for the fusing of grey/spherical/malleable irons; carbon steel as well as low alloy steels with non-alkaline slag. Applicable temperature ：1400℃-1650℃.

For a uniformed sintering effect, Relevant Bottom and Upper portion materials are available for each of above grades.
b. High Grade Acidic Linings ：DRF-SC
They have better corrosion resistance and higher thermal shock stability than “SY” grade  with highest applicable temperature up to 1650℃.

c. Special Grade Acidic Linings ：DRF-SH
This serial products are more suitable for high alloy (such as Cr) and rusty scrap foam smelting conditions. They exhibit higher corrosion resistance ability with higher refractoriness. SH717 can be well used for carbon steel smelting, the maximum temperature is 1670℃.

For uniformed sintering effect, Relevant Bottom and Upper portion materials are available for each of above grades linings.
Products can be directly applied by dry ramming and vibration without any additions (including water) –See our company’s“Installation Manual”. Obvious higher heats can be Obtained if the stipulated installation and sintering procedures are strictly followed.
Packing/Storage/Shelf life ：
25kgs craft paper (with interlined plastic film) bags onto pallet (or in bulk bags) with water-proof shrink wrap. Store in sheltered dry area with good ventilation. Shelf life : 12 months.
