Neutral Lining Materials 

This serial products are mainly composed of high grade bauxite, fused and sintered alumina & spinel, sintered and fused magnesia in combination of additives and micro-powders. They belong to rich-alumina spinel type materials applicable for the fusing of all types of carbon steel, low manganese steel, alloy iron & steel, stainless and high-speed tool steels. Applicable temperatures ranges from 1550 ℃-1830℃ for different grades.
Following grades are listed according to each grade’sapplicable temperature.

For uniformed sintering effect, Relevant Bottom and Upper portion materials are available for each of above grades linings
Products can be directly applied by dry ramming and vibration without any additions (including water) –See our company’s“Installation Manual”. Obvious higher heats can be obtained if the stipulated installation and sintering procedures are strictly followed.
Each of above grade has its’own special properties in Applicable Steel Types; Thermal Shock Resistance; Anti-Corrosion; Anti-Penetration and Peeling; Applicable Temperature and so on. Most suitable grade to be recommended for specific conditions.
Packing/Storage/Shelf life ：
25kgs craft paper (with interlined plastic film) bags onto pallet (or in bulk bags) with water-proof shrink wrap. Store in sheltered dry area with good ventilation. Shelf life : 12 months.
