This serial products are prime grades magnesite based with the combination of additives and micro-powders applicable for the fusing of all types of manganese containing steels and other alkaline slag carbon, alloy & stainless steels. Applicable temperatures range is 1600℃-1830℃ for different grades.

Installations : By dry vibration and ramming. Products can be directly applied without any additions (including water) -See our company’s“Installation Manual”.

Considerable better heats can be obtained if fusing work to be arranged in continuous or good warm-keeping conditions. For this purpose, our company’sready-made furnace caps are recommended.

Packing/Storage/Shelf life ：

25kgs craft paper (with interlined plastic film) bags onto pallet (or in bulk bags) with water-proof shrink wrap. Store in sheltered dry area with good ventilation. Shelf life: 6 months.
